Weekly menus are SET, this is not a "customizable" meal prep program, but one rather focused on fresh, whole and healthy ingredients. If you have an allergy or simply cannot eat an item on the menu, it'll be substituted, please indicate the name of the menu item when purchasing somewhere in notes. Food cannot be returned due to obvious health and safety returns, if there is an issue please bring it up and there'll be a replacement option made available to you.
